As soon as the year-end festivities are over, we prepare to go all out for Epiphany. This year, for the occasion, I’m serving you a galette galette with apples and almond cream. A twist on the fruity version that everyone loves.
Here’s an easy-to-make pancake that everyone can enjoy, made with store-bought puff pastry. And the results certainly hit the mark. Apples pair really well with almond butter. It’s a delicious and intoxicating concoction. I suggest you try it.
