This is the month of cakes and kings and crowns. This year, I’ve got you covered with apple macaroons, but this time I’m undecided between the pie and the king’s crown. The result is a Galette-Couronne des Rois – a combination of the two. If the filling remains classic – I filled it with frangipani at the request of the tribe, its shape is original and pays homage to the king’s crown.
This is a beautiful pancake, delicious, filling and delicious. My family really appreciates this. I suggest you try it.
