Buttermilk Pancakes

- 2 ¼ cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- Heat a skillet to 350°F, or heat a nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
- Start by adding the buttermilk, milk, eggs, and butter to the blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high speed for about 30-40 seconds or until smooth. Some air bubbles will start to form in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the heated skillet, skillet, or griddle, using about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per pancake. When you see air bubbles evenly on the pancake, flip the pancake.
