Today, I serve fresh cheese bread cooked in the pot. A traditional Moldovan specialty called placinte cu branza la tigaie.
It reminded me of sweet childhood memories when my grandmother prepared us at the end of the week and the battery disappeared at high speed.
If it’s this season, she always adds cheese fresh dill or fresh onion tops. But with the regular cheese, it is also delicious. I suggest you try it, it’s really good!
