“Professional” photos (House Exchange)

Choose your first photo carefully

The first photo of your stay must be the most beautiful of allwill make you click on the ad.

This could be a beautiful photo of your garden, from the terrace in the sun, from the apartment on the eighth floor, from the stone facade, from the large bright living room… Choose the one you find the most beautiful! Organize your photos as if they “tell” your home and your area

The ideal and easy command for visitors to “read” is:

trick : You can also change the first photo based on the exchange you are looking for. For example, if you live in Annecy, you can place photos of the pool completely, enjoy the lake view of summer communication, and photos of the snow room for winter communication.

Answer all messages

Monitor your responsiveness: If marked as “average” or “bad”, your accommodation will be lowered in search results for other members and you may receive fewer exchange requests.

For example, if you live in the heart of London, you may need too much: At the time, if not the most friendly, I would recommend using an automatic response to answer.

Think about translation

Have you seen it? The website is international! We use a super automatic translator so that all the exchangers in the world can see your ad and understand it. So avoid abbreviations and expressions that are from your region or the translation won’t work. This is another good reason to correct your mistake!
