This is the question everyone has asked themselves: How much does the ballot box slide when you are invited to a wedding? One study revealed the average sum of Belgium.

Are you still hesitant to slip into the amount of the envelope when you are invited to the wedding? Don’t panic: Ivox’s investigation of CitySafs reveals what the Belgians do.

In the envelope of the bride and groom

This study highlights the answer to a taboo question, but who is interested in anyone who is already married: How much does it cost to brides and guests? Obviously, the amount of choice is still free, depending on each situation, relationship with the bride and groom, etc. But on average, Belgians offer €65 when attending reception only and €75 at night, and when they attend the full wedding they offer €65, up to €110.

In cash rather than transfer

The study also tells us that small rituals of envelopes are always the majority, as 68% of guests would rather hand over their donations to hand over to manual rather than conduct bank transfers. Half realizes that it’s uncomfortable to send money electronically.
