Today, I serve soft cookies filled with chestnut cream. Size XXL cookies, super delicious and delicious.
Their speciality is that the dough is based on cooked egg yolks, which gives the cookies a very soft and brittle texture. They literally melted into their mouths. I love this very beautiful shortbread dough. Super good. And, since my daughters often ask me about the eggs I eat but don’t always eat egg yolks, I often find myself selling them with egg yolks. For me, it’s also an anti-Gaspi recipe :-).
Also, this is an easy and quick recipe as the dough doesn’t need to be rested in the refrigerator and can be used immediately. I suggest you try it.
