Sugar is present in our diet. It is found in its natural state, but it also changes. This is why it is often said that there are good and bad sugars. Without refined sugar, your body will be fine. But I don’t recommend removing carbohydrates completely!
In a balanced diet, it is often recommended to prefer complex sugars, especially those from small amounts rather than conversions, such as beans, whole grains… They are photos that provide the body with stable and durable energy without causing blood sugar.

“We don’t have specific numbers, but it’s certain that, in general, especially carbohydrates for refined sugars.
5. What nutrients do we miss?
“Our body draws energy from 3 fuels: carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. We mainly observe excessive carbohydrate consumption and good fat consumption of too low. Usually, many fruits and fresh vegetables consume too little. However, the sugars they contain are good for the body.”
