1. Pastry workshop

Preparing pizza, making cupcakes, cookies or cakes are simple recipes that children will have fun learning, especially using these original baking molds.

What do you think about making her favorite Hogwarts house cupcakes? You will need:

• 80 grams. butter
• 200g sucre
• 200g flour
• 1 teaspoon yeast
• 120 ml milk (semi-skimmed)
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix butter with sugar until you have a creamy paste. Add eggs and milk and beat again. Pour in half the flour and mix again. Add the vanilla extract and remaining flour and beat again until smooth and free of lumps.

Fill the cupcake molds (two thirds will be enough) and bake at 180°C for 20 to 22 minutes. After this time, you can prick it with a toothpick to see if it’s done. If the toothpick comes out clean, you can take it out of the oven without any problems.

Decorate cupcakes with buttercream frosting. You need to mix equal parts butter (at room temperature) and powdered sugar. You need to beat the mixture on medium speed until it becomes creamy.

• 3 eggs
• 3 parts yogurt powder

• 1 part sour cream

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until you get a homogeneous and lump-free mass. Pour the batter into the mold. If the mold is silicone, there is no need to grease it beforehand. But if you want, you can dust the mold with a little flour or powdered sugar before pouring the batter to make it easier to unmold the cake.

For a tastier cake… you can divide the mixture into two bowls. Add cocoa to one part and mix well. First pour the non-cocoa mixture into the mold, then carefully pour the cocoa-containing mixture into it. The two will mix inside to create a unique pattern that can only be seen when the cake is cut.

2. Let’s exercise together!
