raw material

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into quarters
  • ½ peeled, pitted, ripe avocado
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • 1 large kale leaf, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup ice cubes
